GoldenxempireRJ Private Coaching Agreement

1. Program Scope:
   The coaching program includes customized health plans, habit-building strategies,
   mindset coaching, and weekly accountability check-ins.
2. Medical Disclaimer:
   RJ Smita is a Certified Health Coach and Nutrition Expert but not a licensed medical
   doctor.
   The coaching program does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always
   consult your physician before beginning any new health program.
3. Client Responsibility:
   You agree to commit fully to the program’s guidance, track your progress honestly, and
   communicate openly during coaching.
4. Confidentiality:
   All personal information and health history shared will be kept 100% confidential.
5. Fees & Refunds:
   The investment for the 90-Day Premium Coaching Program is INR 83,000 onwsrds depend
   on the programs.
   All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the coaching program begins.
6. Rescheduling Policy:
   Coaching sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
   You may reschedule a session with 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session is counted as
   completed.

   Results may vary depending on your effort, discipline, and bio-individuality. No guarantees
   are made regarding outcomes.
